How often should I use it?
Start with 5-10 minutes a day and gradually increase as your body gets used to the pressure.
Is the lever easy to squeeze?
Yes! We have designed the lever to be very easy to squeeze in order to avoid any extra strain on the arms and hands when using it.
Do I have to keep pushing the lever to maintain the pressure?
No. The pressure is held until you pull the quick-release lever. It is therefore not necessary to continue to force once you have found the ideal pressure.
Is it painful?
We do not recommend going over your limits. We're big fans of “productive intensity,” if you wince while using it or have pain afterward, you're using too much pressure.
Can I use it on my back, neck, or shoulders?
No. ProSqueeze is intended for the arms, legs, hands, and feet.
Take a tape measure and wrap it around your thigh halfway between your knee and your hip. If your thigh circumference is 56 cm or less, ProSqueeze will fit you.
